6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund or credit
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before the workshop date may receive a 50% refund or credit
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop date are not eligible for refund
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative booking at no additional cost.

7. Workshop Participation

When attending our workshops, participants agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Follow the instructions and guidance of our instructors
• Treat other participants, staff, and the studio with respect
• Use materials and equipment responsibly and safely
• Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements in advance
• Wear appropriate clothing that you do not mind getting messy

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or poses a risk to themselves or others.
